Hi\u1ebfu T\u00f4\u2019s story is an impressive example of how dedication to education leads to success in career. Before completing her Master of Business Administration (MBA) in the United States, Hi\u1ebfu earned two bachelor\u2019s degrees in Vietnam and worked at reputable corporations as a well-respected Senior Manager and Executive. Thanks to her extensive training, work experience, and teaching skills, she had the opportunity to immigrate to Canada through the Federal Skilled Worker program.<\/p>\n
In the early days of setting foot in Canada, she quickly became an enthusiastic volunteer for VWAT Family Services. Her dedication was recognized, and she was offered and accepted a position at VWAT Family Services as a full-time Settlement Worker. She contemplated her previous work experience for business corporations and compared it to her current role in the non-profit organization. She realized that there were many transferable skills and so she has applied all relevant knowledge and skills into her current job.\u00a0<\/p>\n
Most notably, she contributed to building the brand for VWAT Family Services so that many people are now aware of the organization. Specifically, she has brought in many clients for the organization referred to her through connections with many Immigration Service organizations and consultants in the GTA. She has also conducted numerous useful workshops and group\u00a0sessions for clients, with many group sessions attracting hundreds of participants. VWAT Family Services has received numerous praise and recognition for these activities.<\/p>\n
