Vietnamese Women\u2019s Association of Toronto\u2019s Leader Maker Microgrant Program will empower newcomer and visible minority youth with the resources, training and support to create interesting meaningful projects that serve to increase inclusivity and\/or youth resiliency in their communities.<\/span><\/p><p dir=\"ltr\"
