VWAT Family Services is looking for Peer Mentors (ages 18–24) to join our upcoming Rhythm & Connection program — a dance-based wellness and life skills program for newcomer youth aged 8–14.
As a Peer Mentor, you'll:
- Support youth in building confidence, friendships, and emotional skills
- Co-lead weekly reflection circles after dance sessions
- Help create a safe and welcoming space
- Be part of a program rooted in healing, creativity, and community
? In-person at our office (1756 St. Clair Ave W, Toronto)
? $62.50/session | ? Approx. 3 hours/week
?️ Program begins August 2025 (with training in July or beginning of August)

No dance experience is needed — just a desire to support youth and grow as a leader.
